This project represents a refined approach to multi-family living, where architecture serves as a bridge between high functionality and contemporary aesthetics. Designed to offer the comfort of an individual villa for two families within a single structure, this residence is the ultimate response to the demand for absolute privacy in a shared environment.
Design Philosophy
Our challenge was to transcend the traditional "duplex" concept. Through carefully studied volumetry, we created a rhythmic facade that gives each unit a unique identity. Clean lines and the interplay of volumes create a visual dynamic that changes with the perspective, avoiding the monotony of simple symmetry.
Total Autonomy: Each unit features a dedicated entrance and dual orientation, ensuring that the daily life of each family remains completely independent.
Light as a Building Element: Large longitudinal openings are designed to maximize natural light, seamlessly integrating the outdoor landscape into the interior.
Restrained Materiality: The use of natural materials and neutral tones emphasizes the contemporary character while creating an atmosphere of calm and warmth.
